Stanley Wiener, CPA
Stan has more than 50 years of experience in public accounting in San Francisco. His personal service in the tax preparation area is much appreciated by the clients. Stan has many outside interests including tennis, the arts and supporting Bay Area’s sport teams.
Martin Segal, CPA
Marty brings 50 years of experience in tax planning and preparation to the firm. He is a big sports fan, especially for Cal and any team from Boston. His outside interests also include tennis and volunteering for the Alzheimer’s Association.
Jeremy Monohan, CPA
Jeremy brings over ten years of experience to Boas & Boas LLP. Jeremy has obtained his public accounting experience while at KPMG, LLP and PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP. Jeremy’s engagements at Boas & Boas LLP consist of issuing financial statements along with income tax consulting and compliance. Jeremy enjoys spending time with his wife and son at their home in Redwood City. Jeremy is a CPA in California and is a member of the California Society of Certified Public Accountants.
Charles S. Miller, SR., CPA
Charles S. Miller, Sr., a Certified Public Accountant is a graduate of UC Berkeley School of Business Administration. He has over 25 years of experience in public accounting and joined Boas and Boas LLP in 1994. Throughout his extensive experience in public accounting, Charles has developed skills in estate and gift tax preparation and the preparation of tax returns for California Registered Domestic Partners and same-sex married couples. Some of the things that Charles enjoys doing outside of Boas and Boas is golfing, reading, and bowling.
Mirka Singerman, CPA
Mirka joined Boas & Boas LLP in 2008. Mirka graduated from Haas School of Business at UC Berkeley with B.S. degree in Business and Accounting. She started her CPA career at Delloitte & Touche LLP in San Francisco in 1997. Prior to joining Boas & Boas LLP, she spent eight years at another local CPA firm. Mirka’s practice focuses mostly on tax services provided to both individuals and business entities. Her experience includes work with real estate developers, start-up companies, retail companies, investor companies, doctors and dentist’s offices and high net worth individuals among others. Mirka is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. She is also active in community affairs and has served as a Treasurer for school board and other organizations.
Mary Chan
Mary joined Boas & Boas LLP as a staff accountant in 1999; subsequently was promoted to Senior. She is a graduate of Cal State Hayward and holds a bachelor degree in Business of Science in Accounting. Her expertise is bookkeeping and payroll services for our business and high net worth individuals. In 2011 she received her Certified Quickbooks Pro Advisor accreditation. Her engagements also include tax preparation of business and individual tax returns.
Weili Chen
Weili received her Bachelors’ degree in finance from San Francisco State University and a Master degree in Accounting from Golden Gate University. She joined Boas & Boas LLP in 2006. Her engagements encompass financial statement preparation and tax compliance. In her free time she enjoys traveling and reading.
